Job Description - Sales Enablement Specialist

Achievers’ Global Revenue Enablement & Training team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist passionate about process, training, and leading enablement programs designed to deliver a world-class experience. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization by developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools to empower our sales team to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Use an array of tools to produce a variety of materials that promote learning. 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales goals, challenges, and opportunities, and develop sales enablement initiatives to support them.
  • Create and maintain sales training programs, materials, and resources to onboard new hires and continuously upskill existing sales team members.
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks, tools, and resources to streamline sales processes and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and collateral with sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and use insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices among the sales team.
  • What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience and proficiency in sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Skilled in using various tools to create video tutorials, design presentations and other documents, and develop programs.
  • Able to work within an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global SaaS company or delivery of global training programs.
  • Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously; maintain and regularly update multiple project schedules.
