Job Description - Sales Executive - Federal Government
Coordinate closely with Client Executives, Delivery Executives, and Service Portfolio Leaders to craft compelling and differentiated solutions tailored to Federal Government client needs. Drive complex deal cycles, negotiate contracts, and secure large, multi-year engagements. Achieve annual sales targets. Actively maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting to senior leadership Minimum of 10 years of enterprise-level IT services and solutions sales experience, with at least 5 years directly focused on Canadian Federal Government clients. Proven track record closing complex, high-value contracts ($5M+ TCV). Deep understanding of Federal Government procurement processes, guidelines, and frameworks. Established network of relationships across key Canadian Federal Government departments and agencies. Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity solutions, application modernization and managed IT services. Demonstrated ability meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $15 million-TCV. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
