Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop
  and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and
  revenue targets.
  
• Identify
  and pursue new business opportunities in warehouse automation, racking,
  and storage solutions.
  
• Build
  and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors,
  and key decision -makers.
  
• Collaborate
  with engineering and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet
  client requirements.
  
• Conduct
  site visits to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and
  support project delivery.
  
• Stay
  informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging
  technologies.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s
  degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum
  of 2 -3 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in warehouse
  automation, material handling, or storage solutions.
  
• Proven
  track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong
  technical understanding of warehouse operations and industrial equipment.
  
• Excellent
  negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability
  to travel within Canada as needed.
