Job Description - Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and leadership—someone who brings vision, initiative, and a clear plan for how to grow operations, strengthen processes, and better support the team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who knows what they’re doing, takes ownership, and drives sales-focused results.


Compensation & Relocation



  • Wage: Commensurate with experience, leadership capability, and results

  • Relocation Assistance: May be available for the right candidate


 


What You’ll Do:


You know what you’re doing. This role is about ownership, initiative, and impact.


We’re looking for a leader who:



  • Owns the sales process end-to-end and drives consistent, sales-focused results

  • Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales team

  • Brings a clear vision for improving performance, processes, and team engagement

  • Creates momentum on the sales floor and holds the team accountable to results

  • Partners cross-functionally to ensure a seamless, customer-first dealership experience

  • Uses data, insight, and experience to make smart, timely decisions


This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do—it’s for someone who sees opportunity and acts on it.


What You Bring:



  • Proven success in automotive sales leadership or management

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to coach and influence performance

  • A mindset rooted in initiative, accountability, and ownership

  • Experience improving operations, processes, or team effectiveness

  • A results-driven, customer-focused approach

  • Comfort using data and reporting tools to guide decisions
