As a destination for Mazda in Atlantic Canada, we’re searching for a forward-thinking Sales Manager who can inspire excellence, build lasting customer relationships, and elevate our guest experience.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role, you’ll guide a strong team, drive performance, and deliver the experience Mazda guests expect.

  Inspire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team to exceed targets

  Develop strategic sales plans and champion innovative, results-driven initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Lead the full sales cycle for new and pre-owned vehicles—desk deals, manage inventory, and maintain healthy deal flow

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee vehicle ordering, merchandising, and ensure our online presence reflects the Mazda brand

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with marketing to create traffic-driving campaigns and engaging digital content

  
  


• 
  

  Use vAuto, PBS, and performance reports to analyze results and identify growth opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a guest-first culture—from first interaction to final delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless dealership experience

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in manufacturer training and leadership development—because growth never stops

  
  

What You Bring

You’re a leader, a mentor, and a customer-experience champion with a passion for the automotive industry.

• 
  

  Proven success in automotive sales management (new and pre-owned)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Mazda or a strong understanding of import brands is an asset

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with vAuto and PBS—or the drive to master them

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of digital retailing and modern merchandising practices

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for vehicles, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  
  


• 
  

  Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance

  Willingness to travel for manufacturer training and development

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
