We are looking for an experienced automotive Sales Manager who brings a strong leadership background, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to delivering an elevated customer experience. 

As Sales Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department across both new and pre-owned vehicle sales, working closely with dealership leadership to drive performance, develop talent, and ensure the Audi experience is reflected throughout every stage of the customer journey. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong presence on the sales floor, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to process and performance. 

You will be a visible and experienced leader who knows how to build high-performing teams and create an environment where both customers and employees expect more from themselves and each other. You will set clear expectations, coach with purpose, reinforce best practices, recognize opportunity, and lead by example.

What you will be doing: 

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team, creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 


• Partner with dealership leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that support dealership objectives. 


• Set clear expectations and performance standards while providing ongoing coaching and feedback. 


• Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies to improve results. 


• Coach the team through the complete customer journey, ensuring a consistent and elevated experience. 


• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Sales team members. 


• Build strong relationships with customers and personally support complex or high-value customer opportunities when required. 


• Work collaboratively with Finance, Service, Parts, and other dealership teams to deliver a seamless ownership experience. 


• Represent the Audi brand with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail. 


• Develop future leaders within the Sales team and contribute to the ongoing strength of the dealership leadership team. 

What you bring to the role: 

• Previous automotive Sales experience is required. 


• Previous automotive leadership or Sales Management experience is required. 


• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team. 


• Strong understanding of automotive retail sales, dealership operations, and performance metrics. 


• A track record of building customer relationships and delivering an elevated customer experience. 


• Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 


• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail. 


• The ability to balance business performance with a genuine commitment to people development. 


• A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire accountability and high standards. 


• A passion for the automotive industry and an appreciation for the Audi brand and customer experience.
