Job Description - Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing) based in Toronto or REMOTE

Responsibilities

  • Lead Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with publishing partners globally.
    • Foster new business connections to expand the affiliate network.
    • Collaborate with a team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Ensure seamless integration, robustness, and cost-effectiveness of sales tools.
    • Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and analytics to enhance performance.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to offer actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • Process Optimisation:
    • Establish efficient processes, accurate reports, and dashboards to empower affiliate managers.
    • Generate intelligent analyses from raw data to support sales growth.
    • Utilise sales operations analytics for informed decision-making and process improvement.
  • Lead Management:
    • Optimise lead flow quality and cost-effectiveness through lead generation technologies.
    • Define and execute processes for sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance sales team efficiencies and scale best practices.
    • Lead efforts to implement improvements across your vertical/sector.

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of proven track record in performance marketing/network/mobile advertiser- or publisher sales.
    • Demonstrated success in building high-level relationships with advertisers or publishers globally.
  • Skills:
    • Self-motivated with a passion for the performance marketing industry.
    • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
    • Excellent understanding of marketing measurement techniques and KPI reporting.
    • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
