Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing the overall sales activities in assigned territory and ensuring the quality of services offered to iA Dealer Services customers. The Sales Manager manages and stimulates motivation in the team that is in place.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Manage sales activities within the assigned territory and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Monitor and oversee the iADS service offering, intervening with retailers when necessary.
Communicate regularly with the Regional Sales Manager and lead team meetings to share updates, best practices, and administrative follow-ups.
Collaborate with the training department to identify team development needs and plan appropriate interventions.
Ensure compliance and risk management, making sure processes adhere to laws, regulations, and internal controls.
Lead and support the team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and coordination with HR for compliance with corporate and labor standards.

We’re looking for someone who:
·Brings 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales within the insurance and automotive sectors.
· Has a minimum of 2 years of successful team leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
· Is known for their strong leadership and people management skills.
· Stands out for their creativity and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.
· Demonstrates strong communication skills
· Demonstrates a dynamic, approachable, and engaging personality that fosters strong relationships.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 85 000$ and 100 000$ CAD + commission per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
