Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an entry-level Salesforce Data Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by helping to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. You will be responsible for assisting with marketing campaigns, inbound lead qualification, managing sales website chat’s and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

You are someone who can listen to a customer’s challenges and ask questions to better understand their needs. You have a friendly but confident demeanor. Ideally, you have experience working in a startup environment, working remotely, and/or experience working in or with the accounting industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing inbound lead channels through Slack and Salesforce


• Distributing qualified leads quickly to appropriate AE teams


• Respond to Intercom sales chats within minutes of interaction on website with goal of booking interested prospects in for a trial or demo of Karbon


• Manage Salesforce lead queue, distribute leads, update lead status’ daily


• Provide administrative support to sales leadership team as needed

What you’ll need:

• Associates degree and at least 0-2 years of sales or customer service-related experience


• Previous experience inputting/analyzing data within Salesforce


• Experience managing and responding to inbound sales leads


• You are friendly, have good communication skills, are persuasive and confident


• High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken

Please note the hours for this role are: 12am - 9am Tuesday - Saturday
