Job Description - Sales Operations Specialist

Your Role:
As a member of the Retail team, you will play a vital role in the sales operation enablement function, overseeing and enhancing sales tools, processes, training, reporting, and analytics to support our team's scalability. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates exceptional organization, technical proficiency, and strong data analysis skills. A Day in The Life:

Sales Operations Enablement

  • Partner with Business Development and Operations Leaders on continuous improvement to Implement and automate key business initiatives that move the business forward (e.g. validation rules etc).
  • Manage a repository of diverse resources. (Proposal library)
  • Responsible for governance in the sales process including assisting Operations in tweaking and implementing new processes.
  • Evaluating and improving Sales processes and systems by identify areas of inefficiency in our sales process and propose solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize metrics, and improve productivity.
  • Drive sales data quality, hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance.
  • Execute Sales Activities

  • Support the creation, configuration, and generation of quotes within the relevant systems for opportunities.
  • Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage Weekly operational forecast, pipeline management and inspection process to ensure quality of data.
  • Driving a monthly pipeline review to ensure progress to sales revenue targets and pipeline created.
  • Support Sales Pitches & Proposals

  • Support the creation, configuration, and generation of quotes within the relevant systems for opportunities.
  • Assist in compiling and consolidating client and/or internal presentations.
  • Are You The One?

  • Your demonstrated and proven experience in sales and revenue operations within a professional services environment is a valuable asset
  • You are tech-savvy with a strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications
  • You possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and are a proactive forward-thinker who identifies gaps in workflows and makes recommendations, while working collaboratively across all levels of the company
  • You have experience with complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design is an asset
  • You are organized and can tackle multiple priorities, understand the timelines associated with each, and execute with operational efficiency being top of mind
  • You are meticulous and have outstanding attention to detail and understanding of key priorities and initiatives
