Steele Subaru of Moncton is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick! As a Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the Subaru that fits their lifestyle, from daily commutes to growing families and weekend adventures. You’ll be their trusted guide throughout the buying experience, helping them explore a lineup known for safety, reliability, all-wheel drive performance, and capability built for life in Atlantic Canada. Compensation:

• Uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually


• Guaranteed income stability for up to your first year, with a minimum of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount

How you will make an impact:

• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right Subaru for their lifestyle


• Build your knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, safety technology, and available options


• Guide customers confidently through each stage of their vehicle purchase


• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and dealership targets


• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives that help customers feel confident in their decision


• Support customers through the purchase process and deliver their new vehicle with confidence


• Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to provide a seamless customer experience
