Job Description - Sales Representative

We are a prominent player in the trucking and logistics industry, focusing on transportation. Our organization values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. We are in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in trucking and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the bulk and liquid transportation sectors. This role requires someone with a growth mindset who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve goals and targets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trucking and logistics industry.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly within the bulk and liquid sectors.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
-Proven experience in sales within the trucking and logistics industry.
-Strong network and relationships within the bulk and liquid transportation sectors.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and development.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
