Job Description - Sales Representative

Job description :

Responsabilities:

  • Answering e-mails and calls from major customers.
  • Search for new major customers (prospecting).
  • Managing major customer projects (from tender to production) . Managing site problems and complaints from major customers .
  • Surveying (estimating) small sewer and electrical projects for major customers.
  • Updating the status of major client files in the system for major clients.
  • Updating the status of occasional clients in the system.
  • Participate in industry events.
  • Participate in sales strategies for major client projects.
  • Inform major customers about the company's sewer and electrical products, services and installation methods.
  • Optimizing quotations.

    • Skills and qualifications :

  • More than 3 years experience in project management
  • Knowledge of sewer and electrical products is an asset Experience as a contractor's project manager
  • DEC required
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Plan reading an asset
  • Knowledge of computer tools
  • Good communication and constant collaboration with various internal departments
  • Maintaining relations with major clients
