Position: Sales Representative
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + Commissions
Industry: Manufacturing / Sales / Territory Manager / Packaging
Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.
- Drive progressive sales growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and plans.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, prepress, printing, finishing, and shipping, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Additional related duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of professional sales experience in the printing industry, with a focus on flexible packaging products including shrinking sleeves, pouches, base wrap, flow wrap, onsert IRCS, dry peel IRCS, reseal it, and overwrap.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to travel within Ontario as needed
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
