Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target industrial clients in the transportation, oil and gas, farming, and municipal sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their fuel requirements. Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Industry Knowledge and Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Develop strategies to position our products and services competitively in the market. Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fuel volume and revenue.Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications:
5+ years of proven sales experience ideally in industrial, transportation, oil and gas, farming, and municipalities sectors. Strong willingness to learn new processes, CRM systems, and industry-specific knowledge. Post-secondary education in Oil and Gas, Management, Farming, Business, or Marketing preferred but not essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Benefits:
