Sales Representative

*Sales Rep - BRP & John Deere Turf Equipment*We are the Maritimes' only John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you. We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of *John Deere and BRP Sales Rep *at our *Summerside, PEI location.

The Sales Rep - BRP & John Deere Turf Equipment is responsible for selling new and used BRP powersports equipment, and new and used John Deere turf equipment to new and existing customers.

*Compensation is a base salary supplemented by commission.
*Responsibilities: * Represent the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area

• Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially salable by the dealership
• Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
• Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
• Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations
• Monitor trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
• Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
• Work with Parts and Service departments, recommends and encourages the sale of parts and service products
• Ensure exceptional client experience

*Qualifications: * Sales experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of agricultural, turf equipment, farming, or operational practices an asset
• Knowledge of BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment an asset
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
