Position: Sale Representative (Full Time/40 Hrs. per week) (NO SINP/LMIA)

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs for the given territory.


• Engage customers and address their needs through effective product presentations.


• Services existing accounts, obtains orders and identify and pursue new business opportunities.


• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.


• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, industry trends, new products, and merchandising techniques.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.


• Collaborate with the Customer service and Marketing team to execute promotional activities.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in janitorial or related industries (other professional sales backgrounds are also welcome)


• A University degree with a concentration in Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration/Management preferred (not mandatory)


• A valid Class 5 Driver’s license required. (Mandatory)


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.


• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.


• Knowledge of janitorial and sanitation products is a plus.
