We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative Business development Inside sales to join our team. Essential to business development, the Sales Representative's work is results oriented. He/she acts as an expert in developing sales in certain business niches and geographical regions, by identifying and developing new business opportunities, mainly over the phone or through online channels.


When your actions lead to success.
  • Create and manage your own customer pipeline using data provided by analytical teams or using prospecting leads of your own.
  • Customize our print and digital advertising solutions based on the understanding and assessment of your customers' marketing needs.
  • Maintain and grow your network of active customers.
  • Store all relevant information on your sales activities, including products and leads, in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with teammates at team meetings to share ideas, successes or any other suggestions that help increase the performance of the team and our products.

  • When your expertise drives us.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the print & digital media industry representation with strong understanding of multi-media benefit and advertising solutions​
  • Comfortable making more than 20-50 phone calls a day to potential customers, to carry out the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Diploma/degree in business, marketing, communications or a combination of relevant training and sales development experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (incl. PPC, Programmatic Display and social) and performance tools associated​
  • Mastering of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Powerpoint etc) with a CRM experience (Salesforce experience an asset)
  • Strong Cold Calling/Cold Prospecting and Negotiation Skills
  • Revenue, Results and Deadline Oriented
  • Self Starter & Self Motivated with strong organization skills, in a hybrid work model (work from home & on the road occasionally)
  • Ability to build and manage a customer funnel from qualifying, propecting, presenting to closing.
