Sales Representative - Medical

SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Careica Health is a privately owned and operated allied healthcare company with the purpose of “Helping people live their best lives.” This position specifically provides support to our Sleep Care Program which provides testing, diagnosis and treatment solutions for sleep apnea, insomnia, and poor sleep.

Careica Health’s Sales Representatives are energetic, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills. They are responsible for building business relationships with Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Specialists and other healthcare professionals to grow referrals to Careica’s Sleep Care program. Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team is cornerstone to providing excellence in patient care.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE? 

• 2+ years of achievement-oriented medical/pharmaceutical sales experience


• Knowledge of the Primary Care market in Edmonton and surrounding areas, with established relationships


• Highly energetic team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively


• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License with a clean driving record and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales planning and territory management


• Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment and relationships with current and potential customers

THE DETAILS

• This is a full-time position, with a 37.5-hour work week


• Remuneration is highly competitive including wage, benefits, an annual profit-sharing bonus, RRSP matching, and four weeks of vacation.
