You will

·        Build meaningful relationships with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and desires

·        Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing

·        Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits

·        Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and ensure all paperwork is handled accurately

·        Follow up with leads promptly and maintain consistent communication

·        Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets

·        Continuously learn about market trends, property values, and the local real estate landscape

·        Maintain and develop valuable Realtor relationships

You have

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales related role

·        A passion for real estate and helping people find their dream homes

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        A positive attitude and a drive to succeed

·        Excellent time management and organizational skills

·        The ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Experience in sales is an asset - we welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to start their real estate career
