At STRIVE, we are partnered with a renowned client and a worldwide leader in their industry. They are currently seeking a Sales Support Logistics Coordinator to join the there growing sales and logistics team at their Vancouver facility. This position could involve some work in the future at there Delta facility. This will be a Monday-Friday position with a starting time of 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
The Sales Support Logistics Coordinator will be working as part of a small team and the role requires you to be the primary point of contact for both internal (sales, production, shipping) and external (customers, trucking companies, warehouses) stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Generate order release documents and distribute them to the appropriate warehouses and departments. Coordinate with the production plant to ensure orders are prepared on time. Organize transportation (road, air, intermodal) according to customer requirements. Communicate logistics needs to shipping and receiving warehouses. Keep stakeholders informed about any changes through frequent communication. Create and send invoices to customers; track payments and address any discrepancies. Oversee and maintain inventory for key items; issue Purchase Orders as needed. Manage the internal staff sales program. Track sales projections and produce reports for internal planning. Update and maintain sales documents, including price lists, commission reports, and promotional sheets Must Have's:
2 years of experience within the logistics field preferably from the food industry. Perishable product experience would be an asset. Inside sales support experience would be an asset. Customer-service focused attitude. Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Inventory systems and experience with data analysis tools preferred (Excel Pivot, Power BI) Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organizational and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible to work in both Vancouver and Delta facility. Compensation:
