Job Description - Sales Team Manager

Satori Consulting Inc. is proud to partner with Cayuga Mutual
Insurance Company in the search for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team
Manager.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for
sales, strategy, and community impact?

Cayuga Mutual Insurance Company is seeking
a Sales Team Manager to lead and inspire our team of licensed agents and
future customer service representatives. Reporting directly to the COO, this is
a key leadership role that will directly shape our sales operations and
customer experience while playing a vital role in company -wide growth.

In this position, you’ll lead a
high -performing team, implement strategic initiatives, and develop innovative
products and services that position Cayuga Mutual as a trusted leader in the
P&C insurance industry. You’ll also work collaboratively across
departments, contribute to brand and marketing initiatives, and represent
Cayuga within the community.

Office/Remote Mix (ideally 3 days in office/week post probation period)
Reports To – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Direct Reports – 12

Compensation & How To Apply

Compensation
will be commensurate with background and experience and will include a base
salary and a comprehensive benefit package. Qualified individuals are invited to apply

Key responsibilities


Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and support a
    high -performing team of sales agents and support staff.

  • Set and negotiate annual sales
    targets and performance standards in collaboration with team members.

  • Coach agents in prospecting,
    relationship -building, and leveraging their unique strengths.

Sales
Strategy & Performance

  • Monitor and optimize
    departmental performance through performance standards, data -driven insights
    and feedback loops.

  • Recommend and manage agent
    compensation plans and promotional budgets.

  • Stay current on industry trends
    and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Collaboration & Market Presence

  • Foster strong relationships
    with internal departments, the board, policyholders, and the community.

  • Support the execution of
    integrated marketing and brand awareness campaigns across digital and
    traditional platforms.

  • Support efforts to strengthen
    Cayuga Mutual’s brand presence and community profile through marketing
    initiatives and local engagement.

If you’re a passionate sales leader who thrives on empowering teams,
driving results, and delivering exceptional customer value, we want to hear

What you Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Business,
    or Communications preferred.

  • Strong understanding of sales
    principles, marketing strategy, and customer experience.

  • Proven experience in sales
    leadership (within the P&C insurance industry preferred).

  • Demonstrated a data -informed
    approach to decision -making, leveraging relevant metrics and insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage
    multiple projects and budgets effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    and relevant software tools.

  • Ideally possess a Chartered
    Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or is actively working toward it.

  • Licensing as an insurance agent
    or broker is considered an advantage.

  •  Valid driver’s license and
    reliable transportation
