We are looking for someone familiar with the platform Salesforce who is keen on process improvement. We"re hoping to find an experienced product manager eager to take the reins and teach as they learn.

What is a Salesforce Product Manager?
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE
- Follow and build Salesforce flows, integrating new features and new possibilities
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Improve processes within our current environment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Review and resolve Salesforce cases as needed
WHAT YOU"LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in the Salesforce Ecosystem (certified admin preferred)
- 1 - 3 years of Salesforce experience
- Good communication, spoken and written
- An aptitude for coaching and hunger for learning
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage process improvements from beginning to end
The pay range for this role is:50,000 - 65,000 CAD per year(Encore Auctions Warehouse)
