About The Opportunity

FCTGs global CRM team is responsible for delivering technology solutions that create efficiency and enhanced effectiveness for both our people and our corporate customers. With salesforce.com at the heart of these solutions, our QA Analyst plays a key role in helping evolve our world class CRM technology platform.

As the QA Analyst, you will help execute our “org’s” testing strategy. You will be an integral member of the agile delivery team by configuring automation tests, conducting testing, and ensuring a defect free Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in test case creation, test plans, test estimation, and traceability matrix.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (requirements management, test management, defect management) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and review of technical documentation.
  • Understanding of environment strategy & CI/CD processes.
  • Proficient with Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Convert definitions into test cases for user stories
  • Coordinate testing scripts and automated regression testing
  • Provide feedback on test frameworks and architecture
  • Work with business analysts, delivery team members, to refine acceptance testing methods and integrate test scripts
  • Review requirements and designs, create and manage test plans and test data
  • Execute both automated and manual test scripts as required, and analyze test results
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to undertake application testing, such as integration, regression and acceptance testing methods
  • Provide feedback on test schedules and broader application testing strategies
  • Perform manual testing as required
  • Assist with the UAT process

Experience & Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of testing concepts and functionality as well as a thorough understanding of automation framework design and scripts creation
  • Minimum 2 years of software automation testing, test design and test development experience
  • Demonstrated experience with API testing tools and ability to create functional automation scripts using any Object-oriented language-based framework (Playwright).
  • Strong understanding of Object-oriented programming
  • Experience with automated web service / API testing
  • Experience with Behavior-driven development (BDD) and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio Code, Git/Bitbucket, Source Control and DevOps practices; Jira, Confluence and test management tools
  • Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure technologies
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and escalate issues as required
  • Experience working in Agile development teams using SCRUM
  • Experience in converting the definition done within the user stories to create testing criteria
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing theory and deep understanding of the quality assurance processes.

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80,000- $90,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
