Job Description - SAP Basis & EWM Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Align infrastructure strategy with advanced warehouse tracking and logistics integration for a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield transformation within the Aerospace & Defense Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry.

Lead functional design workshops leveraging SAP Best Practices and industry-specific processes tailored to Aerospace & Defense requirements.

Design and govern end-to-end business processes across maintenance, overhaul, asset management, and service operations.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM/SM and other core SAP modules, eliminating data silos and enabling efficient business operations.

Serve as the primary decision-maker for solution architecture and design governance, promoting standard SAP functionality and minimizing custom developments.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to a multidisciplinary team of functional and technical consultants.

Manage and coordinate offshore delivery teams, ensuring timely execution, quality deliverables, and effective knowledge transfer across global time zones.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams in Montreal to translate complex operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Drive solution alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture standards throughout the project lifecycle.
