D4M International is seeking an experienced SAP Change management consultant for a new 6-12 month contract with our Montreal based client. Details of this role are:
Location : Hybrid ( 2 -3 days/week in Boisbriand), USA travel 40% of the time, 37,5h per week
Language : English required, French asset
Description:
- A minimum of 5 – 8 years of recent experience and a proven track record of success in organizational change management practices is required, preferably in SAP or ERP implementation, including creating a change management plan and developing and executing stakeholder assessment, change impact assessment and readiness assessments
- Experience in developing new and innovative methods to gain buy-in and adoption for change
- Highly adept at influencing key stakeholders in order to develop a culture of embracing change
- Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong meeting facilitation skills and presentation skills to all levels of leadership
- Possess experience working alongside external consulting partners to deliver on change management activities
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and MS Forms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to travel about 40% of the time
- Experience in supporting ERP change management implementation in a warehouse or similar environment
- Experienced in creating / writing internal communications (an asset)
- Experience using SAP (an asset)
- Ability to communicate in French (an asset)
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) or designation (an asset)
