If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP Commerce/Hybris Support Engineer (remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).\n\nWe are currently seeking an SAP Commerce/Hybris Support Engineer to join our team in Toronto, ON (remote).\n\nIn this Support Engineer role, provide technical support for SAP Commerce (Hybris) platforms. This includes troubleshooting storefront issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, stabilizing integrations, monitoring cloud environments, and supporting global eCommerce operations.\n\n * Troubleshoot storefront, Backoffice, OCC API, and SmartEdit issues.\n * Handle incident tickets, perform impact analysis, and provide permanent fixes.\n * Support SAP Commerce deployments, environment maintenance, and patches.\n * Monitor application logs, JVM performance, caches, and Solr search availability.\n * Identify and resolve issues related to clustering, load balancing, and database performance.\n * Troubleshoot integrations with S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, and third-party systems.\n * Validate API payloads (JSON/XML), fix sync problems, and resolve data flow failures.\n * Monitor cloud deployments (SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS, Azure).\n * Support CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and release deployments.\n * Work with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams.\n * Participate in problem management, preparing RCA reports and preventive action plans.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * 8+ years of SAP Commerce/Hybris support or development experience.\n * 8+ years of strong Java/Spring and REST API debugging skills.\n * 8+ years of experience with Solr, caching layers, CDN troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n * 5+ years of Knowledge of SAP integrations and data models.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
