Scale Attendant - Casual On-Call

J.D. Irving Limited's Woodlands Division, located in Saint-Leonard, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill a Scale Attendant  (Casual On-Call) position.

In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the site by:
•    Managing data entry and spreadsheets
•    Contributing to the site's safety management system
•    Monitoring and supporting site security activities
•    Serving as a liaison between internal security teams and site operations
•    Performing various administrative tasks to support daily operations
 

We are looking for someone who:
•    Has a high school diploma or trade certificate
•    Has approximately 2 years of experience in an administrative environment
•    Possesses strong communication and leadership skills
•    Can work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment with minimal supervision
•    Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic
•    Has excellent computer skills
•    Is willing and able to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
