We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal-East, Quebec, from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing materials. You will weigh materials, issue weigh tickets, and provide excellent customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

• Welcoming clients and providing courteous service upon arrival.
• Weighing trucks and entering information into the system.
• Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents using the software.
• Answering phone calls and redirecting inquiries as needed.
• Monitoring material shipments and generating required reports.
• Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, invoicing, etc.).

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
