Position Available


Role Title: Scheduling Administrator  


Location: Sudbury


Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends as needed



Duties & Responsibilities



  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Monitor, organize, and respond to internal and external emails

  • Schedule employees for assigned work and ensure schedules remain accurate and up to date

  • Maintain excel spreadsheets, create work orders, and manage scheduling applications

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, clients, and internal departments

  • Provide administrative support to the office team and assist with ongoing projects

  • Assist with problem-solving and adjusting schedules as operational needs change



Qualifications and Skills Requirements



  • Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract

  • Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada

  • Must be flexible and available on evenings and weekends as necessary

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Approach challenges with a practical and solution-focused mindset

  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities

  • Bilingual – French and English considered an asset



Compensation and Benefits



  • Wage Range: $45,760 to $50,336

  • Health Spending Account (HSA)

  • Paid Vacation Time off, Statutory and Personal Days
