Sci Formal Managers

Do you want to help plan and execute Queen’s Engineering’s oldest tradition? Would you like to leave a lasting mark on the Queen’s community. You’ve come to the right place!

This year marks the 122nd Science Formal. Originally a simple dance, Sci Formal has evolved into a breathtaking display of engineering, creativity, and teamwork, all brought to life by the graduating class. This event represents the culmination of years of hard work and dedication, where students showcase the skills, they’ve honed throughout their time at Queen’s University.

We are currently hiring our managers for all portfolios! All manager positions report to a Sci Formal Chair, and do not manage a team. A manager position is equivalent to a "General Member" position for the Sci Formal Team. You can learn more about the open positions below.

Finance Portfolio

Sponsorship Manager (1 Position Available)

As the Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for securing sponsorships from corporations and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors. You will distribute sponsorship packages, ensure that sponsor needs are met, and collaborate with the Finance Team to minimize ticket prices.
