Screen Print Operator

We are currently looking for a Screen Print Finishing Carousel Operator in our HDPE Finishing Department to join our team!

Job duties include:

• Setting up, operating, troubleshooting of multiple machines, preparing automated press and screens for custom job orders.
  


• Adjusts and cleans machines.
  


• Documents work performed as required.
  

Requirements:

• Must have previous screen-printing experience on an automated or manual press.
  


• Able to Lift Up to 25 lbs frequently.
  


• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  


• Able to multitask.
  


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Basic math, counting skills necessary.
  


• Experience using measuring equipment - tape measures, micrometer, calipers, gauges.
  


• Forklift experience is considered an asset.
  


• Ability to follow recipes for color/ink batch preparation.
  


• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
  


• Shifts:
  

12 hr continental day shift only

Averaging agreements in place

84 hrs biweekly

with opportunity for OT

**please note: the candidate must be okay working 12 hour continental rotation of days and nights**

Rate of Pay

Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate starts at $20.00 - $23.44.
