Sealants Estimator/Project Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:

•  source public bids


• Receive bid requests from salespeople internallly


• Source bid requests from caulking suppliers and manufacturers. 


• Quantify and estimate projects. 


• Work with subcontractors to determine average prices for use in cost estimation. 


• Assign all bids to single salesperson for closing


• Procure prices from subcontractors after award 


• Coordinate handover all materials to supervisor for full execution. 

Compensation

• Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
