Position Summary:

The Bell Attendant at Eldorado Resort serves as the guest's liaison/ambassador for both hotel and non-hotel services. They are an information center for our guests, regardless of whether inquiries concern in-hotel or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. The Bell Attendant knows how to provide concise and accurate directions.

What will you be doing?

The Bell Attendant at Eldorado Resort serves as the guest's liaison/ambassador for both hotel and non-hotel services. They are an information center for our guests, regardless of whether inquiries concern in-hotel or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. 

• Develops a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and of the surrounding community
• Coordinates Bell Attendant tasks and duties of the day
• Performs all duties such as delivering luggage, amenity deliveries, room moves, etc. 
• Maintains and enforces Eldorado Resort’s policies and procedures as they pertain
• Handles guest complaints and problem solve to the degree possible as directed by management
• Monitors parking lot and registers hotel and restaurant guests license plates
• Ensures lobby entrance and area is always clean and tidy
• Reports to the Front Office management team and works closely with the team to ensure smooth effective running of the front office department
• Supports other departments as required

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry or hotel is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, and lift heavy items as needed
