Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Secretary-Receptionist will be based at our Baie-d'Urfé plant, and will be responsible for reception and supporting the Human Resources department, among others.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40h/week
Job status : Full time / Permanent
This position is : Face-to-face only - 5 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, new employees, vendors, guests and applicants
- Answer the phone and screen calls
- Be the first contact for all callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Receive and distribute mail
- Manage conference room reservations
- Control inventory and place orders for office supplies
- Provide quality-control support for various projects
- Support to the sales team for the sampling process
- Manage coffee machines and supplies
- Do data entry for various departments
- Support Human Ressources in the on-boarding process of the employees
- All other realted tasks
Qualifications:
- AEC or DEC in administration or related field (an asset)
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in human resources (an asset)
- Customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism required both spoken and written (French and English)
- Excellent command of the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Sense of professionalism and discretion
