Security Guard Site Supervisor

• Responsible in overseeing the entire Security Team.
• Scheduling.
• Evaluates and documents employees performance and provides feedback to Skanna Management.
• Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.
• Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.
• Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
• Ensure all security staff are fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plan.

• Must be mobile.
• Must be flexible.
• At least 2 years experience.
