Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Full time Access Control Officer in Mississauga, Ontario

Title: Security Professional - Full time Access Control Officer

Location: Mississauga, ON 

Payrate: $19.43/hour 
Shift Type: Overnight

Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri | 3pm - 11pm

Overview: 

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Professional - Full time Access Control Officer for our security operations in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned guard with the ability to use  Access Control Software,  Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, and able to work within a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a Security Guard, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner. 
• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently. 
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage. 
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 years of experience.
• Must have a G License 
  
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Excellent data entry skills 
• Must be able to use access control software to process truck load in and out.
• Standard First Aid and CPR.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Good knowledge in computer applications especially in writing report
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License. 
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. 
• Must be at least 18 years old. 
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.Must 
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods ouside in the elements, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
