Security Supervisor - Chilliwack - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Security Site Supervisor to work at a Correction Centre in Chilliwack. 

Rotation: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 1:30pm

Payrate: $29/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Performing interior patrols and conducting daily resident counts
• Maintaining official visitor and resident logs, count sheets, and resident sign-in/out sheets
• Writing clear and concise daily logs and reports of all incidents
• Enforcing and maintaining resident curfews
• Equipment care and maintenance
• Investigating incidents promptly and accurately
• Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessment
• Submit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines
• Oversee training and scheduling of Commissionaires
• Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progress
• Ensure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportment
• Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy
• Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders

• Basic Security License 
• OFA 1 or willing to obtain one
• Supervisory experience
• Class 5 Drivers License and clean abstract
• Have been residing in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes 
• Reliable transportation to and from the Chilliwack site
