We’re recruiting for an established independent brokerage seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to take ownership of VIP commercial clients. There are no mandatory sales targets. Your focus is on maintaining strong client relationships, managing renewals, providing technical advice, and growing existing accounts. 

What You'll Do

• Own and manage a large portfolio of established commercial accounts.


• Build trusted relationships with senior-level clients.


• Advise clients on complex risks, renewals, coverage and market options.


• Handle complex commercial and cross-border placements.


• Work directly with underwriters and insurance markets.


• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.


• Work alongside dedicated administrative support so you can focus on your clients.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of Commercial Lines experience — Personal Lines experience alone will not be considered.


• Strong experience managing mid-to-large commercial accounts.


• Technical expertise with complex and cross-border risks.


• BC Level 2 licence; CIP/CAIB is an asset.


• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.


• Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems.


• Someone looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
