We are looking for a Senior Account Manager Eastern Canada to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role

The primary focus of this role is to drive growth across Eastern Canada by identifying, developing, and winning opportunities for Medium Voltage Motors, Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Services with both existing and new customers.

You will collaborate closely with Technical Specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to develop customer-focused solutions and advance sales opportunities as part of our nationwide sales team.

In this role you will:

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand Innomotics' presence across East Canada, specifically in Quebec and Maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.


• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for Medium Voltage Motors, Medium Voltage Drives (VFDs), and Services.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with End Customers, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) firms, consultants, and OEMs.


• Grow existing customer relationships while expanding our client base and increasing market share throughout the region.


• Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.


• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information within the CRM system.


• Collaborate with Technical Specialists to develop technical and commercial solutions that address customer needs.


• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and support business planning activities.


• Represent Innomotics at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.


• Promote the value of Innomotics technologies and solutions, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the industrial marketplace.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar); C.E.T. designation is an asset.


• 10+ years of sales and business development experience within the industrial sector, including strong exposure to Medium Voltage Motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).


• Strong knowledge of industrial markets across Quebec and the Atlantic provinces; an established customer and industry network is preferred.


• Bilingual in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sustainable business growth.


• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.


• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strategic customer relationships.


• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.


• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern Canada as required.
