The Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in San Diego. This position will report directly to the CFO and will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company accounting records in NetSuite

• Prepare financial reports, profitability analysis, and KPI tracking

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts

• Assist with banking activities and cash flow monitoring

• Strengthen and document financial controls and procedures

• Manage international and intercompany accounting, including consolidations

• Support tax preparation and compliance

• Contribute to finance projects and process improvements

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Preferred:

• Experience with international and complex intercompany accounting

• CPA desirable, but not required
