Role Overview

A fast-growing accounting and advisory firm based in Montréal (Côte-des-Neiges) is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong communication skills and a background in public practice. This firm works with a wide range of clients including private corporations, family-run businesses, and high-net-worth individuals and is known for its collaborative, high-performance culture.

This role is not boxed into a single path candidates with experience in either tax or audit are welcome. The most important qualities are:

• Strong client management ability
• Desire to grow within a nimble, fast-scaling firm

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary client manager on key files
• Lead preparation and review of tax engagements (corporate, personal, year-end)
• Handle compilations, review engagements, or audits depending on your background
• Advise clients on planning, compliance, and advisory strategies
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with partners on improving workflows

Who You Are

• CPA designation (or close to completion)
• 4 - 10 years of experience in a Canadian public accounting firm
• Background in tax and/or audit were open
• Strong communicator who thrives in client-facing work
• Confident, organized, and solution-oriented
• French is a strong asset, but not required
