·       Prepare executive briefings, talking points, donor analyses, and strategic summaries to support high-level engagements.

·       Synthesize complex information across portfolios to inform head of unit decision-making.

Cross-Functional Integration

·       Facilitate coordination across Business Development, Advocacy, and Government Relations to ensure alignment with established strategy.

·       Support clarity of priorities and sequencing of major initiatives.

·       Identify cross-unit bottlenecks and propose solutions for head of unit consideration.

Priority Initiative Advancement

·       Lead time-bound, head of unit-designated strategic initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.

·       Support major donor pursuits or positioning efforts that span multiple portfolios.

·       Drive structured follow-through on executive decisions and commitments.

Strategic Intelligence and Analysis

·       Consolidate donor, policy, and partnership intelligence into actionable insights.

·       Support scenario planning and forward-looking analysis at the direction of the head of unit.

·       Monitor alignment between growth activities and NI’s broader organizational priorities.

Regular travel within Canada and internationally is required.

What we offer

A competitive market pay, pension, professional development allowance, health and dental benefits, four weeks of vacation (plus public holidays), and flexible work hours. We offer a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Selected candidates must have current legal entitlement to work in Canada. We thank you for your interest, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
