Located out of our Calgary office, the individual in the Senior Analyst, Account Delivery will report to the Supervisor, Account Delivery. The successful candidate will take charge of managing and supporting customer orders, from initial entry to the final delivery of products. Acting as a central liaison, this individual will collaborate with various internal teams including sales, technical services, scheduling, transportation and logistics, and accounting. Knowledge of transportation methods such as rail, marine, and trucking, along with adeptness in scheduling and logistics, is an asset. Essential to this role is familiarity with sales protocols, contract management, and a basic understanding of invoicing practices.


Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt and entry of customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness, while adhering to contractual obligations and service level agreements for each customer’s unique requirements
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders as required
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Services, Scheduling, Transportation & Logistics, and Accounting to ensure a seamless Account Delivery experience for our customers
• Identify and resolve issues proactively and professionally. Act as a point of contact with our customers for issues and concerns, and escalate as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, delivery schedules, issues, and resolutions
• Prepare regular reports on account status, delivery performance, and client satisfaction for internal review and decision-making
• Ensure all documentation is thorough and compliant with company policies and industry standards 

Education, Skills and Experience:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities: resolve issues proactively, by applying critical thinking and analytical skills to find effective solutions 
• Possess the integrity, reliability, and maturity to cultivate strong partnerships with our customers to deeply understand their individual needs
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously 
• Working knowledge of complex sales contracting terms (contracts, payment terms, Inco terms)
• Minimum 10 years experience in a corporate environment
• Post-secondary education required

Hours:
Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week

As this position is identified as security sensitive, employment of a final candidate will be conditional upon completion of pre-employment criminal background check assessments with satisfactory results.
