Senior Analyst, Global Procure to Pay Operations

In this role, you will be part of Scotiabank's purpose-driven winning team in the Global Procurement Services department. You will play a vital role in the team's business strategies and objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. As a Senior Analyst, you will champion a customer-focused culture and provide support and guidance related to supplier requests and administration activities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Leverage knowledge of procurement policy to respond to inquiries and align with Global Procurement Policy
• Provide timely support and guidance on supplier records and database management activities
• Perform root cause analysis of supplier, contract, and procurement-related data issues
• Operate the Bank's issue ticket management system to log, review, and resolve support issues
• Analyze and report supplier data to address regulatory and business requirements
• Ensure data quality and consistent service delivery according to established agreements
• Prepare reports monitoring operational KPIs and recommend process improvements
• Interact with technical support teams to facilitate ticket resolution
• Maintain reporting and dashboards to track user activity and support tickets
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements based on user feedback

• College Diploma or University Degree in related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business administration, data analysis, or related roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business and analytical skills
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities
• Accurate and thorough investigative skills
