Senior Builds & Rigging Artist

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Builds & Rigging Artist to join our team on a fast paced, action-packed adult animation production! This role focuses on strong artistic skills, in-depth understanding of ToonBoom Harmony rigging, collaborative mindset to help animation teams achieve their goals in making a show that will standout for years to come. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Is present & engaged with the Builds & Rigging team  

• Quick to ask for and receive feedback and embraces growth 

• Demonstrates a strong handle on appealing poses  

• Takes initiative to communicate with their supervisor and team  

• Is mindful of what balancing quality/quantity looks like  

• Reads notes, breakdowns, storyboards, other documents available per production  

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Demonstrate that they are consistently present & solution focused as a team member 

• Builds are designed to meeting the supervisors expectations and needs of animation 

• Drawing on model is a must 

• Strong working knowledge of ToonBoom Harmony 

About the Project: This is a temporary contract position on an adult-themed, action-packed animated production. You'll be part of a passionate, creative team working to deliver bold, exciting animation with strong character performances and dynamic storytelling. Deadlines are hard locked and working as a team is key in meeting those deadlines. Currently we are only considering applicants who reside in Ontario.
