Accountabilities
- Establish and drive key commercial productivity indicators to improve performance.
- Identify performance issues and present impactful recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and manage the Daily Management framework, including KPI setting and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated goals and management strategies.
- Maintain engagement with business partners to align initiatives with field operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and transformation within a large organization.
- Strong operational and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven change management and transformation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
