We're seeking a Senior Data and Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based data solutions, shaping our go-to-market offerings to align with organizational needs. This role demands expertise in data management, cloud architecture, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architecture and Data solutions on Cloud and on prem (Especially on Cloud – either Azure / AWS/ Google)


• Implementation of data models, schemas, and structures to support business requirements along with data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.


• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines using ETL solution on Cloud Platforms leveraging native or augmented services.


• Ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems and data sources and implement data transformation to support analytics and reporting.


• Develop and maintain data analytics and visualization solutions using Cloud Native or market solutions.


• Implement big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.


• Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.


• Develop and implement data security policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and manipulation using market standard or Cloud solutions.


• Deploy and configure DLP technologies to monitor and enforce data protection policies across the organization's network, endpoints, and cloud environments.


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and create a skilled team for Data on Cloud solution skills.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build a capability and Go to Market offering for organizations.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data and cloud capabilities across the organization. Explore, practice, and instill consultant mindset across Data and Cloud team for Data on Cloud Offerings

Show Us What You’ve Got

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.


• 8+ years of experience in data management, cloud architecture, and analytics.


• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Hands-on experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and EDW


• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.


• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.


• Knowledge on data security, DLP implementation, and risk management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks.


• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data and cloud projects.
