Senior Data Scientist AI & Agentic

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems to drive enterprise-wide automation and intelligent decision-making. This role combines deep technical capabilities with strategic thinking to identify, design, and implement scalable AI solutions across business operations.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Analyze enterprise-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities to identify automation opportunities


• Design and implement AI-driven strategies using GenAI and agentic systems to optimize operations


• Develop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operations


• Translate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals


• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world business applications


• Develop GPT-based solutions, including:
  
  
  
  • Text generation and summarization
  
  
  • Contextual search and embeddings
  
  
  • Multilingual translation systems
  
  
  
  


• Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy


• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflows


• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making


• Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environments


• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure) 
  

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI


• Experience with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures


• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools


• Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms


• Experience building data pipelines and analytics dashboards

• Ability to map business processes to AI-driven solutions


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities


• Experience driving enterprise automation initiatives
