Job Description:Job Description Position Overview:Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Dayforce HCM Practice.Our client is looking for internal support to lead their projects from experienced professionals who understand their system at a module level.WFM & HR Core Consultant:Dayforce WFM/Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) moduleClient-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.Eligible for Protected B Clearance – Resident of Canada for more than 5 yearsThe WFM Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. Responsibilities:Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to Dayforce functionalityConfigure Dayforce application to meet customer’s documented business requirementsAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise Requirements:Dayforce WFM/Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) moduleClient-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.
